Are your supplements harming your fertility more than doing good?

No one LIKES taking supplements.

You do it cuz you HAVE to.  

Maybe it's to achieve a specific health outcome like improving fertility.  Or you know that you're not eating enough nutrient-dense whole foods like dark green, leafy veggies so you need a stopgap measure.

But not all vitamins are created equal.

A lot of patients try to make the supplements more palatable by choosing user-friendly options like chewable vitamins or gummi vitamins.

They may taste good but there's a whole lotta wrong with those.

Chewable vitamin tablets...

Vitamin C is an acid.  Acid erodes the enamel of the teeth.  See what the problem is?

Gummi vitamins...

Ehhh.  The problem is in the word itself.  Gummi = candy = sugar.  

Then there's the artificial flavors, artificial coloring, hydrogenated oils, talc, titanium dioxide, and other filler ingredients.  

If you're serious about improving your fertility, you've gotta take high-quality supplements that actually help your fertility. 

And not the yummy ones that provide the illusion that you're doing something good for your health.
