How to prevent the pitfalls of holiday eating

San Francisco is a great city to visit.  47 square miles of ahhh-mazing food!

I was there all weekend with my family.

As is our tradition, we ate.  A LOT.

For 3 days straight, it was all about Chinese food.  Dim sum, roast duck, dumplings (soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, pork & chive dumplings, squid ink dumplings), boba teas (strawberry matcha latte with boba), desserts (black sesame pudding with black sesame rice dumplings - more dumplings!).  We even ate dragonfruit - the most expensive fruit I've ever had at $9.99 a pound!  It was a little over the top.

But it's my parental duty to expand my kids' taste buds.  I just happen to be along for the ride.  ;)

Now, I'm in need of a cleanse, big time.

All that food is making me feel sluggish of body and mind.

Fortunately, my regular diet allows me to gently cleanse and detox every day.

I teach these principles in my online GPS (Get Pregnant & Stay pregnant) Fertility Program so that women like you can regularly detox while trying to get pregnant.

Cleansing and detoxing are especially important with the holiday binge eating of company parties, family get togethers, and football parties in full swing.

Cuz your biological clock is still ticking even as you give yourself a pass for a month and a half.

You probably don't want to be a party pooper and forego all the holiday treats.

But you can learn how to eat the fertile way in between the sugar & carb-loaded buffets to minimize the self-inflicted plates of hurt you're shoveling into your mouth.
