How to prevent the pitfalls of holiday eating

San Francisco is a great city to visit.  47 square miles of ahhh-mazing food!

I was there all weekend with my family. 

As is our tradition, we ate.  A LOT. 

For 3 days straight, it was all about Chinese food.  Dim sum, roast duck, dumplings (soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, pork & chive dumplings, squid ink dumplings), boba teas (strawberry matcha latte with boba), desserts (black sesame pudding with black sesame rice dumplings - more dumplings!).  We even ate dragonfruit - the most expensive fruit I've ever had at $9.99 a pound!  It was a little over the top. 

But it's my parental duty to expand my kids' taste buds.  I just happen to be along for the ride.  ;) 

Now, I'm in need of a cleanse, big time.  

All that food is making me feel sluggish of body and mind.
