Know Thyself So You can Heal Thyself

Introvert vs. Extrovert

They seem to be the psychology buzzwords du jour.

There's actually a third one if you're a little of both.

The Ambiverts.

Huh, sounds like farts that amphibians make.

Which makes sense cuz I identify myself as an extroverted introvert.  But that's just stupid - what an oxymoron.

Like "jumbo shrimp" or "pretty ugly" or "orderly confusion"  - you get the gist.

Most people are part of this third group since we have attributes of both types.

Just depends on the situation.

And my mood.  I guess that just makes me a woman.

Here's a fun little quiz to determine which group you most identify with, in case you're wondering.

Why is this important for fertility?

Well, you must know thyself and your significant other.

If you don't understand who you and your partner are, you won't know what you need to thrive.  That's living life in disharmony.

We already know that being out of balance creates stress.  And stress influences fertility and hormonal health.

It's about allowing the best expression of yourself.

So go forth and be who you are - introvert, extrovert, ambivert, or any other verts.

I don't discriminate so it doesn'tmatter which vert you are.  If you want to work with me on improving your fertility naturally, call me at (858) 495-0771 or book here: http://juliechang.genbook.com/
