This weekend was all about zoodles.
Zucchini noodles, that is.
Although a bowl of real pasta noodles is the ultimate comfort food, I hate the way it makes me feel. Bloated and sleepy.
So when the zoodle craze came, I creeped on that train.
In the early days of the grand zoodle discovery, it took awhile to get fully on board. The tools were too cumbersome. I didn't want yet another big tool cluttering my kitchen.
Well, now, there are plenty of smaller, space saving, easy-to-clean choices. In fact, this is the one I have.

Here are some ways to eat them:
- cook it in salted, boiling water for 1-2 minutes
- mix it into a hot pasta sauce so the heat can soften them
