Unlike the men I've known, I don't spend enough time on the throne to get any reading done.
I'm in and I'm out.
My "squatty potty" has helped with that even more. Cuz it's bombs away!
So I carve out time in my day, usually before bed to get a few minutes in.
But, argh!!! I did it again. It's an addiction and I'm trying to kick it. But, it's soooo hard.
What did I do? I bought 2 non-fiction books this week. Both relevant for my business.
Why am I making a big deal about this?
Because I told myself I wouldn't buy any more books.
Until I have read my existing ones several times over so I really know the information inside and out. After all, we only absorb less than 10% with each read. So what's the point of buying new books when I haven't gutted and autopsied the existing ones yet?
With every new book, I get further away from the ones I already have that provide tons of value.
Just as I stand to gain much more from drilling down with the books I already have, you will as well by focusing on the 1 or 2 areas you think will have the most impact on improving your fertility.
It could be:
- eating healthier
- practicing gratitude
- writing in your journal daily
(Physical + Emotional + Spiritual + Mental) Health = FERTILITY
