Buzz off to this supplement

Supplements are essential to improving health.  And of course, fertility health.

They're shortcuts.  "Hacks", if you will, to encourage a specific outcome.  Like better egg or sperm quality.

They're especially important when you're trying to get pregnant.  You might be racing against your biological clock so you need every advantage.  Supplements provide that.

They're so important that we'll talk about recommended supplements in the first group coaching session l'm launching in July.

But, for today, let's talk about something I DON'T recommend to fertility patients even though many have asked me about it.

Royal jelly

Some sites tout royal jelly's ability to improve fertility.   On the premise that it's the exclusive food that turns a bee into a queen bee - the only fertile member of the hive.

I'm skeptical about the claims.  Hmm, we're talking about bees, after all.  Not exactly our biological equivalent.

On top of that, scientists found that it's what royal jelly DOESN'T have that actually causes them to become queen bees - a chemical that interferes with development.  Since queen bees are fed royal jelly exclusively, they're never exposed to this chemical that all the other bees get from eating honey.

Having said that, some studies actually do show some benefit for its use although it's not that convincing for me.

I prefer focusing on supplements that have system wide effects.  Since almost all fertility issues arise from systemic imbalances, supplements proven to have benefits in multiple ways are better.  "More bang for your buck" philosophy.

So if you wanna know what I recommend, fill out this application to let me know you're interested in my group coaching.

I'll have more details in the next week or 2.
