I wanna be like my 53yo yoga teacher

Yoga has been a constant in my life for the past year and a half.  3 days a week whenever possible.

Yoga offers most of what I need for fitness - strength training, flexibility, endurance.  The meditative component is a bonus.  The only thing it doesn't have is cardio so I get that elsewhere.

One of my favorite aspects though is the ability to see improvement in my fitness level as I advance to more difficult poses.

Deep Warrior 2 with knees at right angles for extended periods is no problem now.  The crow is a piece of cake.  Headstands (though wobbly) are part of my repertoire.  Nailed the side crow and bird of paradise yesterday for the first time.  So I'm gonna work on the Flying Pigeon next.

To see the progression is exhilarating and freeing.  I'm now in the best shape of my life.

I can thank Stephanie for that.  She's the only yoga instructor I go to.  53yo but looks like she's in her 30s with a ballet dancer's trim body.  Her strength is awe-inspiring.  When I grow up, I wanna be like her.

I've realized that when I find a good instructor, I need to stick with her to learn as much as I can.  I may not like her very much in class sometimes when my muscles are screaming.  But I've realized that the best mentors are the ones who will push me beyond my comfort zone, challenge my reality and perceptions of my limits, and open me to new possibilities. Those are the ones that I learn the most from.  The ones that help me achieve things I never even thought possible.

That's the type of coach I aim to be.

Not everyone likes me.

In fact, one of my patients told me she didn't like me much in the beginning.  Good!  That means that I was able to provide something new to her that challenged her.  Now she calls me her angel and has no complaints with her beautiful little girl at her side.  And yes, she got pregnant in her 40s.

So if you're ready to really do something about your fertility, my Fertility Hacker Coaching program might just be for you.  Scoot on over here to find out more.  Registration ends July 22.
