San I come!

I'm off to San Francisco for the weekend.

Looking forward to some good eats!  It will be a cheat weekend, that's for sure.

But I'm bringing some of the ingredients I need so I can maintain some semblance of health. 

My breakfast drink is the easiest for me to control so that's what I aim for.

I'll even see if I can find a yoga place nearby for a workout or 2.

Traveling definitely makes it hard to maintain the optimal healthy lifestyle.  

But I live by the 80/20 rule.  

80% of the time I stay to my peak performance routine.  Eat right, exercise, meditate, commune with my good friends and family.

So the other 20% I can relax my restrictions.

It's a balance, for sure.

Do what  you can, when you can.  That's all we can ask of ourselves.

But, that comes with a caveat...

You can't continually make excuses and put off things that aren't improving you.  

At some point, you'll have to commit to a path of optimal health and stay on that righteous journey.  

Cuz if you don't you'll pay for it, one way or another.

Actually, if you're having fertility issues, you're already paying for it.  So today is the day to get started.
