Your docs are sooo wrong about this...

After a busy weekend, I relented to my 8yo's pleas to watch some tv while eating dinner yesterday night.  I was exhausted so some thoughtless entertainment was just fine with me.

It was the pilot episode of "Legends of Tomorrow" - a time traveler from 2166 traveling to 2016 to assemble a group of superheroes so they can save the world from a maniacal megalomaniac.  Where is that group now to save us?!? :/

Anyhoo...one of the superheroes, a physicist, makes a snide remark about saturated fat.  Oooh, that gave my granny panties a wedgie, for suresie.

And so the indoctrination continues...

Saturated fat has been so vilified by the medical community and the media that people have literally been made sicker by the blatantly wrong advice to eat a low fat diet.

And that includes decreasing fertility...

In my online fertility coaching program I'm relaunching in November, I'm debunking the saturated fat myth of it causing heart disease.

In fact, you actually need it to improve fertility for conception and promote growth of the fetus.  But there are good and bad saturated fats which I teach.  So hang in there until I'm ready to open up registration again.
