This past weekend was my 6th girls' trip with my friend. We always plan our itinerary around where we eat. Only then, do we figure out what we'll do sight-seeing wise. That's cuz some of the restaurants we choose are highly rated so need reservations in advance.
One of the restaurants we ate at offered a 5 course tasting menu.
With tasting menus, you don't chose the food. It's whatever the chef prepares from their best ingredients - often not on the menu. The surprise factor is the appeal. And seeing how creative the chef gets. The menus are meant to impress.
This time around our 5 courses were fried squash blossoms, homemade pasta in a cream sauce, seared scallops with pork belly, steak, and dessert.
A lot of food but the portions are smaller so you can have enough room for what's to come. And they're served at a pace which allows for each course to be digested.
Timing and portion size are critical to enjoying each course to the fullest.
And so it is with optimizing your fertility.
There's no shortage of information on how to improve fertility and get pregnant. In fact, there's so much it can feel overwhelming.
This is where pacing is important - giving yourself enough time to absorb and implement the different techniques so they have optimal effect.
A little at a time. Too much info leads to overwhelm and paralysis. Then you don't even get started cuz you're confused about where to start.
But 's ok.
That's why I'm here. I'm the chef with the 5 course meal. In my online fertility coaching program, I direct your journey, taking a lot of the guesswork out of it. You only need to implement.
When I relaunch my program November-ish, it might be just what you need to make heads and tails of how to improve your fertility, no matter what age you are.
In the meantime, if you know anyone struggling to get pregnant, please forward this and have her sign up for my daily emails at zenfertility.com/top10.
