Even my subject line is meh...

Occasionally I hit writer's block and am uninspired.  Today's one of those days.  I have a list of email topics to write about for my daily emails.  But meh - nothing's juicing me up.

It doesn't matter.  Today's email may be crummy but it's a commitment I've made to myself to move my business forward every single day.

So I'm writing about nothing today really.

It doesn't matter cuz I know that if I skip a day, it's that much easier to skip tomorrow, and the following day, and the next and so on.

It's gonna be the same for you.  There will be days when you're full of energy and motivated to stay focused on being your best self for optimal fertility.

Then there are the other days...When nothing seems to click.  These are the tough days that test your focus and commitment.  When you say you're too tired to workout, too busy to make dinner or time for yourself, or the sight of your supplements makes you gag.  If you give in to these days, it's a slow, almost imperceptible, slide to giving up on your dream.  And it is really, really hard to turn around if you let it go for even a few days.

That's why it's so important to have a clear vision of your future.  Of having that healthy baby with your partner by your side.

Cuz on the days when you're just not feeling "it", your commitment to the future you desire is strong enough to ride out those days.  On these days, you need to do SOMETHING.  It doesn't matter how small it is.  Just take one tiny action where you can heave a sigh of relief and say it's done for today.  It's about consistent daily actions to build momentum.

And that's why my Fertility Top10 is so helpful.  Cuz on those crummy days that we all have, you just need to harken back to the program for what to do.  Get your clarity here: zenfertility.com/top10/
