How perfect do you need to be to improve fertility?

I'm flying to San Francisco in just a few hours for my brother and fiancee's Chinese banquet before the big event in Hawaii.

Looking forward to great eats!  It will be a cheat day, that's for sure.

Traveling definitely makes it hard to maintain the optimal healthy lifestyle.

But I live by the 80/20 rule.

80% of the time I stay to my peak performance routine.  Eat right, exercise, plenty of quiet time, commune with my good friends and family.

So the other 20% I can relax my restrictions.

It's a balance, for sure.

Do what  you can, when you can.  That's all we can ask of ourselves.

But, that comes with a caveat...

You can't continually make excuses and put off things that aren't improving you.

At some point, you'll have to commit to a path of optimal health and stay on that righteous journey.

Cuz if you don't you'll pay for it, one way or another.

Actually, if you're having fertility issues, you're already paying for it.  Improving poor egg quality comes from improving your lifestyle.

So today is the day to get started.  No more excuses!  And "I'm too busy" IS an excuse.

If you're ready to do what it takes but don't know where the best place to start is, 1 hour phone consults with me will help you focus on what's most important for you.  They're only $149 until Friday April 13, 9:00pm PST.  If you want the 1 hour consult, you gotta pay here first!
