The antidote to death and destruction

I was watching a few episodes of Netflix's "Daredevil", not realizing how violent it would be for my 9yo.

In one scene, Kingpin, Daredevil's archenemy, repeatedly slams one of his employee's head with the car door until the skull cracks open and blood drips down the door frame.  I hate gratuitous death and destruction scenes - see plenty of that in real life, thanks very much to our sensationalist media outlets.

When we're subjected to constant bad news, we get callused and lose the ability to connect with others.  It's harder to enjoy the infinite small moments of joy that collectively make our lives so special.

As you navigate your fertility journey, take a deep breath and spend the time to appreciate what and who you already have in your lives.  When you're feeling despair because of another failed cycle, what can you do to reconnect to your light?  It might be talking with a confidante, going for a walk in the sun, dusting off that instrument and make some music, or just getting an ice cream cone with your loved one.

As for me, I'm heading to Hawaii for my brother's wedding this weekend.  So pardon me if I get a little spotty with my emails in the next 2 weeks.

This girl is gonna take the time to soak up some family lovin' and unplug so I can come back recharged.

Even though I'll be in and out, my Fertility Top10 is still around to provide you with concrete steps to improving your fertility naturally.  Spring is a great time to start anew
