I need some sugah, baby!

As I sit here in Starbucks writing this email and sipping my chai tea latte (at least it's only 3 pumps, not the usual 4), I realize the hypocrisy of today's topic.

But, hey, don't shoot the messenger.

So here goes...

A new study released last month found that drinking one or more sugary drinks every day is linked to reduced fertility, for both men and women.

Researchers surveyed 3825 women and 1045 of their partners between 21-45yo.

And the survey says!...

Women who drank at least one soda per day showed a 25% lower probability of conception each month, while men who drank at least one soda per day had a 33% lower probability of successfully conceiving with their partner.  (And I'm pretty sure Big Gulps are considered more than 1 soda.)  Energy drinks were tied to even greater reductions in fertility,

We all know sugar is bad.  Now you have hard proof as to how bad it is for your fertility.

Cutting out sugar is just one small part of improving your fertility enough to get pregnant and have a healthy child even if you're over 40, diagnosed with poor egg quality, low AMH, low ovarian reserve, high FSH, and/or had multiple failed IVFs.

For a limited time, I'm offering one hour consults to discuss your particular situation and some things you can do to increase your chances.  The cost?  $149.  Ok, maybe you don't me from Adam (or Eve) so you're thinking who is this schmuck.  To keep it simple, you can check out the testimonials on this page: zenfertility.com/gps.  If you're in, you can pay here and I'll send you a link to my calendar so we can start digging in what you need to focus on.
