Sweeten your pot with this honey

Kim Kardashian's Sunday Instagram post of her in a white swimsuit was captioned "Google the benefits of pineapple juice."

Behold the power of Kim K.  It had over 3 million likes.

I'm sure Dole is very happy with the response since she's seen opening a can of their pineapple juice.

Not sure what benefits she was referring to specifically.

Maybe the urban legend that drinking it sweetens vaginal secretions.  I'm waiting for the results of THAT randomized, double blind, controlled study!  :0

Or that one of the enzymes in it, bromelain, is an anti-inflammatory.  Often used to reduce pain.

Pineapple has made its round into the fertility community as well.

Some women claim that it helps with embryo implantation.  I personally haven't seen any benefit in my clients.

But if it makes you feel better and you can get some freshly cut pineapple, it's certainly better to have that as your treat instead of your usual pastry or sweet.

The high sugar content which itself is inflammatory probably offsets some of the anti-inflammatory properties so beware of how much you eat.

There are other and much better ways of reducing inflammation naturally though.

And they're revealed in my Fertility Top10...  http://zenfertility.com/top10
