Help with a weekend of eating out, drinking, and little sleep!

A client asks..."I wasn't the best with my nutrition, drank alcohol, and slept very little. (Having too much fun at ComicCon!)  Other than righting my path asap, is there anything else I can do to straighten my crooked path?"

Yes, it's nice to indulge and relax the health restrictions once in a while.  But once it's done, it's done.  Best thing to do is move on.
