One of the most frequent refrains I hear from clients is "I'm too busy to..."
They're too busy to do some of the things that are necessary for optimal fertility, like...
...go to bed earlier
...have a date night
Life's busy. No one is immune to that.
We all have the same 24 hours.
Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Jeff Bezos (Amazon) , Elon Musk (Tesla), Jack Ma (Alibaba) do as well.
One of the differences between us mere mortals and these super-successful people is how they use their time.
Your goal is probably not to be the next billionaire.
Rather it's to grow your family.
Given your age and/or diagnosis of poor egg quality/low ovarian reserve, your chances of success are low.
But they're not impossible.
To get from where you are now to where you want to be will take work, determination, and a plan to get there.
Establish your boundaries...
The biggest time sucker is usually work.
Look - there's always going to be more work. Do what's necessary to maintain your income but don't do any more. Leave your work at home.
You have the rest of your life to work.
But you only have months or a few years for pregnancy.
Do your actions reflect your priorities?
If not, take time EVERY SINGLE DAY to do something that will get you healthier.
You already know what changes need to happen.
Just do it.
Not sure what your next steps are? My Fertility Top10 will map it all out - starting with the basics... http://zenfertility.com/top10
